Kuzu is a lamb of indeterminate breed, if you can fill us in as to exactly what she is let us know. Kuzu arrived here on Sunday 21st July 2013. Her owners bought her from a man selling lambs, probably for meat, but they wanted her as a pet. Unfortunately, a week after her purchase their landlord gave them 2 months notice to leave his property and all they could move into was a council house and the council were very definite about the lamb not joining them. On her arrival Kuzu was only 9 weeks old. It broke her owner’s heart to have to part with her but she will be looked after here for the rest of her life, and like any other animal that comes under these sort of circumstances she can be visited by her previous owner whenever she feels like coming. Kuzu, for those of you who don’t know, is Turkish for lamb.
